In this episode of our Know Your Enemy / Deck Guide series, we look at a Mech Druid/Savage roar deck in just 2 minutes – showing how you can add a solid mech core and make Druid much more bite-y in the early to mid game than a standard Ramp deck!
Ramp Druids usually have to resort to drawing very well against early game/aggressive/rush decks – the Mech Druid here sacrifices late-game pressure for a slimline set of Mechs that really allows Druid to either punch hard/trade in the early game, and stabilise well to pressure mid game with a whole bunch of big threats!
We take a look at the effects of the Mech introductions, as well as potential finishers and explain how the deck works in 2 minutes.
See a quick explanation here, but check our longer playtest and guide video – including ladder games to show the deck in action – in the link below!
