Overwatch lore and story galore at SDCC (San Diego ComicCon) in Blizzard’s Ana Origins Panel, including new First Strike Graphic Novel images! **Subscribe** https://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=FailCraftCasts
Blizzard were at SDCC 2016, doing an Ana Amari Origins panel – in which they covered her background, inspiration, movement and weapon as well as other things, storytelling, some new info from the Ana Amari origins trailer, and answer (and dodged!) some interesting Q&A questions at the end, including the possibility of a comic covering McCree being recruited, confirmation of more animated shorts, and more!
Just as a caveat, I’ve confirmed as much as possible, it’s really hard to take precise notes over an hour panel, whoever’s doing it, so there may be pieces in this video which need context or updating. Take this as a set of notes as I wasn’t present, and if you were there or want to add anything, I’ll comment and annotate up!
In this video I take a quick look through the main talking points and interesting bits of the panel, along with a little light speculation on what new Overwatch story and lore we may have learned from it too.
Thanks to SammyT (amazing notes!) ACraneGod and RoseRedLife (panel photos) for making this vid possible! 🙂
What do you think about these First Strike Graphic Novel images, and the panel news and things discussed? I’ll analyse the First Strike Images separately!
